Olmsted Safety Town 2026
Safety Town is a fun, hands-on program designed to help children entering Kindergarten build confidence and learn important safety skills before school begins. Through age-appropriate activities, children are introduced to pedestrian and bike safety, stranger awareness, fire safety, animal safety, and basic emergency preparedness.
The program also includes visits from community partners such as Goldfish Swim School & Bubbles, VCA Animal Hospital, and the Olmsted Falls Fire Department. Safety Town wraps up with a graduation celebration at the Olmsted Community Center, marking an exciting milestone as children prepare for their first year of school.
Registration opens: February 14, 2026
Fee: $45 per child
Session Dates:
• June 8–12, 2026
• June 15–19, 2026
Daily Time Options:
• 9:00–11:00 AM
• 12:00–2:00 PM
• 3:00–5:00 PM
Children must entering Kindergarten in Fall 2026 in the Olmsted Falls City School District.
