INTERESTED IN RENTING A ROOM FOR A MEETING, PARTY OR SPECIAL EVENT?  
 
The Olmsted Community Center may be the perfect place!

(PLEASE NOTE:  No rooms will be reserved without a signed rental contract, and a deposit of half the amount of the rental is required to hold a reservation.  The rental balance must be paid in full at least 4 days before your event is held.  Thank you!)

Dakota's Dance Studio:  Unavailable - Long term rental       
                                Hardwood floor

                                Room size:    20 ft. x 30 ft.

                                Room capacity:    10 to 15 people

                                Cost:   $20.00/hr  

Fitness Studio:        Hardwood floor

                                 Room size:    20 ft. x 40 ft.

                                 Room capacity:    20 to 30 people

                                 Cost:   $30.00/hr 
 
Hawkins Hall:          Tile Floor

                                 Room size:     40 ft. x 40 ft.

                                 Room capacity:     25 to 100 people

                                 Cost:      $40.00/hr 

                                 (Does not include full use of kitchen)

 
Kitchen:                Includes Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Sinks and Warming Oven (Stove not included)
 
                             Cost:     $20.00 Flat Fee 
 
Gymnasium:         Includes 175 bleacher seats

                             Cost:     $45.00/hr
